Elizabeth Langreiter’s (b.1964) unique mixed media aerial paintings are a delightful escape from reality into a playful and joyful world. Her art evokes the viewer to experience happy flashbacks to a favorite time through a sophisticated combination of pattern, color and interesting textures. Langreiter’s paintings are capturing the hearts of collectors all over the world.
Elizabeth has recently been selected as one of the top 100 emerging artists in Australia and New Zealand by a committee of art experts including Ben Quilty, Roslyn Oxley, Amanda Love and Leif Podhajsky. She was selected from over 400 artists to exhibit at The Other Art Fair 27-30 October 2016 at The Commune in Waterloo Sydney Australia. Following on from the success of this Elizabeth has now been selected for the The Other Art Melbourne 4-8 May 2017 .
