Balsamic Raspberry Goat And Cream Cheese Recipe

Raspberries goat and cream cheese recipe

Ingredients

1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen

2 tsp. honey (add an extra teaspoon if your raspberries are not too sweet)

2 tsp. balsamic vinegar

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary

4 oz. goat cheese

2 oz. cream cheese

A few mint leaves for garnishing

Recipe

We will need a small saucepan to cook raspberries and a stirring spoon. Then we will cook the raspberries over medium heat for 5-7 min, and add rosemary, honey, salt, a couple of mint leaves and balsamic vinegar in it. We will cook it for another 10 minutes, and keep stirring it occasionally to avoid lumps.

In the meantime, we will whip goat cheese and cream cheese together in a bowl. Once it is whipped fine, we will pour out the cheese mixture on a plate and then burst the raspberry mixture on top of it after cooling it for a few minutes.

How about some fresh raspberries and mint leaves to garnish it before serving this sweet and tangy delicious dessert with crusty French bread, baguette, crostini or crackers on a salver? This finger-licking dessert is great in taste; cook, savor and enjoy it!
