Installation view of Carlos Mercado’s Art is my Religion. — Carlos Mercado’s Art is my Religion, was an epic installation experience and an ode to divinities of all sorts. Viewers entered a small chapel on the grounds of the marina to the sounds of monks chanting and the sight of neon-colored religious figures, including St. Francis of Assisi and the Buddha.
