Capriole cheese with blueberries in dried clay on top of a bed of hay

O’Banon is a goat’s milk cheese in the Capriole line, produced by Judy Schad in the United States. One of first few cheeses made on the farm in 1988, O’Banon is wrapped in chestnut leaves and soaked in Kentucky Woodford Reserve Bourbon.
The digital culinary Art Museum is featuring edible still-life installations, and culinary artistry.
The culinary museums will feature a rotating exhibition created by artists that are also chef’s and chef’s that are also artists using cooking ingredients, and kitchen utensils as oil on canvas.
